Adds additional functionality to thread ratings, including the ability to see who rated threads as well as the ability to delete thread ratings.

Läuft nicht unter 1.8.4.
Ich werde beim klicken auf "Who rated?" immer nur zum Anfang der Seite gebracht.
Geht es euch auch so? (Falls überhaupt jemand das Plugin benutzt....)
